International Success from 213 Technic: Research Paper Accepted at ICNS
213 Technic achieved another international success with the acceptance of its research paper submitted to the International Conference on Navigation Systems (ICNS).
The team's study, titled "Multi-Runway Dynamic Air Traffic Optimization System for High-Density Airports," proposes an AI-supported decision support architecture. The work aims to improve safety and operational efficiency at busy airports. Results show an operational efficiency gain of approximately 3–5 minutes per aircraft compared with the traditional FIFO (first-in, first-out) method.
The study was presented on 9 April in the conference's "Operational Efficiency" session under the title "Multi-Runway Dynamic Air Traffic Optimization System Framework," using Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) as a case study. Aziz Durmuş delivered the presentation on behalf of 213 Technic; participants from universities and institutions around the world also shared their research in the same session.
213 Technic stated that this success reflects its work on aviation safety, intelligent air traffic management, and human-centered engineering solutions. The team continues to take part in international scientific platforms and to introduce its AI-based systems to the academic community.
