Aziz Yiğit Can DURMUŞ
Executive Board / Founder
Aziz Yiğit Can Durmuş holds a degree in aerospace engineering and is the founder of 213 Technic an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, software solutions, and maritime technologies,while overseeing all projects end to end.
As founder, he actively steers the team’s technical vision and coordinates design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing across projects with an integrated approach. He plays a central role in advancing engineering solutions, delivering innovative and sustainable systems, optimizing internal workflows, and executing multidisciplinary projects effectively.
Berkay DOĞAN
Executive Board / Co-Founder
Berkay Doğan holds a degree in aerospace engineering and is a Co-founder of 213 Technic an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, software solutions, and maritime technologies.
As Co-founder, he takes an active part in the team’s technical work, coordinating the design of electrical, electronic, and avionics systems together with rocket manufacturing and testing through an integrated approach. He contributes significantly to engineering development, effective workflow management, and the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
Yusuf İslam GÖKBULUT
Executive Board / Founding Partner
He continues a career built on aviation management as a Founding Partner at 213 Technic.
In this role, he contributes to the team’s strategic organization, operational processes, and corporate communications, supporting sustainable growth. He personally coordinates external stakeholder engagement, material procurement, and business development to help projects stay viable. He also serves as Magazine Editor and Print Lead for 213 Technic’s publications bringing the team’s technical knowledge into print and reaching wider audiences through podcast series.
Onur Safa AYGÜN

Onur Safa Aygün is pursuing a degree in computer engineering and is a member of the Executive Board at 213 Technic an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, software solutions, and maritime technologies.
As a Qualified Member, he works on the design, development, and long-term sustainability of all software systems built at 213 Technic. This includes software infrastructure for engineering projects, data processing and analytics, and integrated management of digital products, helping multidisciplinary efforts move forward effectively.
Mustafa Alp KARAVİRAN

Mustafa Alp Karaviran is pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering and is a Qualified Member of 213 Technic an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, software solutions, and maritime technologies.
Within the team, he focuses on propulsion systems, orbital dynamics, and trajectory analysis, and works on rocket design, manufacturing, and flight performance optimization. He contributes to engineering analyses of rocket systems, modeling of flight characteristics, and advancing manufacturing to meet technical requirements. His work supports multidisciplinary projects and drives improvements in overall system performance.
Deniz KÖSE
213 Deck Leader
Deniz Köse leads 213 Deck, 213 Technic’s new division that brings aviation and rocket engineering experience to the maritime sector.
As 213 Deck Lead, he directs the team that turns advanced analysis and simulation capabilities from aviation into smart, sustainable, performance and focused solutions for yachts and vessels. He coordinates the technical execution and strategic vision of multidisciplinary projects including carbon emissions, sail trim optimization, and digital twin simulations extending 213 Technic’s engineering strength to the seas.
Ege KARAZİNCİR

Ege Karazincir holds a background in computer engineering and works at 213 Technic on developing sensor infrastructure in rocket systems and evolving it into an integrated system architecture.
As a Qualified Member, he is responsible for the physical integration of sensors and the development of related software systems, focusing on correct acquisition and processing of data, system performance optimization, and AI development. He plays an active role alongside teammates on the rocket and software project.
Bora AKIN

Bora Akın holds a background in computer engineering and works at 213 Technic on developing sensor infrastructure in rocket systems and evolving it into an integrated system architecture.

He plays an active role alongside teammates on the rocket and software project.
Beyza ŞAHİN

Beyza Şahin is a member of the structures unit at 213 Technic, an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, aerodynamic optimization, and advanced materials.
Within structures, she specializes in rocket body design, nose cone geometry, and fin aerodynamics, and contributes to managing static and dynamic analysis workflows (FEA). She takes technical ownership of composite manufacturing and system integration, and actively coordinates structural integrity, production standards, and project documentation.
Muhammed Taha ATALAY

Muhammed Taha Atalay is a Qualified Member of the 213 Technic team, which focuses on model rocket systems, analysis methods, and computer aided design (CAD), with an engineeringfirst approach.
He is particularly active in engineering analysis and design: geometric modeling of rocket components, preparation of technical drawings, and design optimization. In his designer role, he helps evolve concepts to meet engineering requirements, prepare designs for manufacture, and ensure compatibility with system integration. He brings an integrated view of analysis and design to improve technical accuracy and performance across projects.
Devran ÇALIK

Devran Çalık has a background in electrical engineering and works at 213 Technic on structural topics and, in particular, rocket electrical circuits and rocket fabrication.
As a Qualified Member, he contributes actively to engineering workflows, including circuit design, integration and testing, and composite manufacturing.
Melisa ATMACA
213 Podcast Leader
Melisa Atmaca is pursuing aviation management studies and works with 213 Technic, an engineering team focused on model rocket systems, software solutions, and maritime technology.
She leads planning, execution, and content management for the 213 Technic Podcast and hosts the podcast series. In this role she helps share technical knowledge with broader audiences, present content consistently and effectively, and run media operations sustainably.
Tibet SÜMBÜL
213 Podcast Presenter
Tibet Sümbül works at 213 Technic and takes an active role supervising 213 Deck software efforts and media content production.
He hosts the 213 Technic Podcast; on maritime focused episodes he discusses 213 Deck projects with guests connected to the sector to share technical insight. He also serves as a supervisor within 213 Deck, helping align project work with content production. He supports cross-disciplinary communication so technical work reaches wider audiences effectively.
